Downlights will add light, safety, and ambiance to your outdoor space. The light fixtures in this kit are low voltage 12VDC, are easy to install almost flush with the surface, and are hardly visible. They can be used to cast light up or down depending on how you mount them.
If installed as recessed downlighting, the lamp will cast light straight down. They can be installed as porch ceiling lights, under deck lighting, handrail lighting and much more. If you choose to install as uplighting, the lamp with cast light straight up. This is often used to light up homes for added curb appeal.

- Dimmable warm white light. These lights have a 3200° K color temperature on the light spectrum which provides the ambiance of incandescent lighting. They also have dimming capabilities with DEKOR’s EZDIMMERWP.
- Long lasting and durable. The lights are waterproof, weatherproof, and salt air resistant, which means they can be installed in a wet location. The housing is made of Alodine coated aircraft grade aluminum and has a powder coated finish with built-in UV protection.

NexGen Down Lights for Soffits. I have a 1500 sq ft house, I installed 24 NexGen down lights in my aluminum soffits, one forstner bit required, they look great! I get many compliments. I had the soffit installer lay 14ga wire on the soffits as he worked, I came after he was finished, drilled holes, fish wire through hole w/coat hanger, made connections. Dimmer and transformer are installed in attic, the new wifi/app controlled dimmer w/scheduling is a welcome addition to Dekor products since I don’t use a photo cell. I no longer have spaces on the sides of my house that are in total darkness. The NexGen down lights function as enhancement lighting as well as security lighting.

I bought the recessed stair light kit & down lights all in dark copper vein. The lights really were the cherry on top of a gorgeous deck!! I love the product. My carpenter suggested it last minute when we did the project last spring. Really adds a great touch to the deck!!

WOW! I installed 24 lights in my aluminum soffits on my house shining downwards and only used 1 forstner bit.
