DEKOR® will use the personal information collected for order processing and order updates. Periodically, we may send updates or new product announcements. You have the option to unsubscribe from email and SMS announcements at any time. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal identifiable information. At times, DEKOR® uses third-party service providers to assist us in our website operations. This non-personally identifiable visitor information may be used for marketing and advertising purposes. These service providers are not permitted to use our collected data except to help us conduct and improve our business. We may release your information when required to comply with law enforcement authorities.
We comply with California’s Online Privacy Protection Act
DEKOR® values your privacy and uses every precaution to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

DEKOR® is NOT responsible for stolen items once a customer’s order has been delivered.
Light kits and transformers usually ship the next business day after you place your order.**
Other products typically ship within 5 business days
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.
Tracking numbers will show “not found” on most tracking sites until the package is picked up from our facility.
As a courtesy to customers in Canada, we pay all of the customs and import duties on your order.
**Orders received after 2pm MST will be processed the following business day.**
Orders over $50 ship free to mainland US and Canada. This is for ground shipping only. Expedited shipping charges are quoted if you’d like to upgrade during checkout.

How we ship
Our preferred carrier is UPS and all orders ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. When you checkout you will see the expedited shipping methods available in your area.
We process international orders within the same time frames that we use for domestic orders. Please keep in mind that international orders can have extended lead times due to longer transit times and the time taken to process the shipment through customs.
Direct Drop Ship orders will be assessed a $15 handling fee if the total order value is less than $50.
LIFETIME Warranty Effective January 1,2022
DEKOR® Lighting is pleased to extend this Warranty to YOU the original consumer/end user of the lighting product. This Warranty is valid for DEKOR® Lighting products used in standard residential applications and is not assignable or transferable. DEKOR® Lighting represents the product to be free from defects of material, and workmanship for a specific period of years outlined below, following the date of purchase.
DEKOR® Lighting does not cover costs of installation, removal or reinstallation. DEKOR®’s sole obligation is limited to a replacement of the nonfunctioning part, and DEKOR® Lighting shall have no further liability or obligation except as expressly stated herein. If a claim is made under this Warranty on a product that is no longer available, DEKOR® Lighting reserves the right to substitute a replacement with a similar product of equivalent quality and value at DEKOR®’s discretion.
Lifetime Warranty only applies to lights manufactured by DEKOR® and is valid only when used with a DEKOR® power source; for standard application and use for which these products are intended. DEKOR®, has the sole option to, repair or replace any light used in an application where the product is intended for use for the LIFETIME of the purchase.
DEKOR lights used in a standard residential application with a NON-DEKOR power source will be warrantied for three years following the date of purchase.
DEKOR Controllers and Solar components used in a standard residential application with a DEKOR power source will be warrantied for three years following the date of purchase. DEKOR Controllers and Solar components used in a standard residential application with a NON-DEKOR power source will be warrantied for one year following the date of purchase. DEKOR power sources used in a standard residential application will be warrantied for three years following the date of purchase.
Powder Coating Warranty 30 years.
Limitations/Exclusions on Warranty
Warranty applies only to non-functioning part. Not the whole light fixture or system. Listed below are exclusions not covered but not limited to.
- Has not been installed in accordance with the DEKOR® Lighting installation guidelines and local building codes.
- Has been abused, placed under or subjected to abnormal residential-use conditions or has surface damage or surface punctures.
- Has been used, modified or otherwise treated in any manner other than as intended by DEKOR®’.
- Has been stored improperly prior to installation, or resulting in excess exposure to moisture or harsh environments.
- Product that has been disassembled, modified or repaired by anyone other than DEKOR®.
- Act of God, acts of war, or chemicals.
Failure to follow any restrictions or warnings supplied with the product shall make the Warranty null and void and of no further effect. DEKOR® Lighting reserves the right to investigate any claim and to inspect the materials for which a claim is made. Proper installation is a condition to coverage under this warranty. The Consumer assumes all risk and liability associated with the construction or use of this product.
To file a claim please go to dekorlighting.com and click on the contact us icon, or you can call our customer care team to help walk you through the claim process. All claims must be accompanied by a case # and proof of purchase when returned to DEKOR® for processing. Customer is responsible for shipping to DEKOR® Lighting. If the product is found to be in working order and not defective the customer will be responsible for shipping charges back to the owner. Warrantied items shipping back to the owner within the continental US and Canada will be paid by DEKOR.
DEKOR® Return Policy
DEKOR® wants our customers to be happy with their purchase. However, we know plans change, or sometimes you purchase too much. We have done our best to provide you with a simple process to return your products should you not be happy with your purchase.
DEKOR® products are either Custom or Stock, depending upon the product(s) ordered.
Custom products are those that require modification to a standard design and are made for a specific customers requirement. Custom product sales are final.
Stock products are those that are listed on our website for purchase and do not require any modifications. A customer has 24 hours to inspect and report to DEKOR if their order sustained damage or any loss of shipment. A customer has 7 days to inspect and report to DEKOR if order was incorrectly shipped. If it is determined there was an error, please contact us within a 7-day period to replace or reship incorrect item hassle free, and free of charge. A customer has 30 days from date of purchase to return an order due to over buying, dislike, or plans changed. A minimum restock fee set at 12% will be assessed; restock fee could increase based on condition of product once DEKOR receives it.
To report damage or a shipping error, we require images of the packaging and product; it is highly recommended NOT to dispose of anything until your return has been approved.
To return a product, contact DEKOR® for a Return Authorization number and write this Return Authorization number on the box large enough that it is clearly noticeable. Product will not be accepted if there is no RMA issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned product must be in original condition. This means that when the returned item(s) is placed next to a new like item there is no obvious difference, including in its original packaging.
PRO account refunds will be placed on their account for future use. No refunds will be issued less than $10, but can be placed on account for credit for future purchases.
