Screw-In End Cap for Round Aluminum Baluster
A new easy-to-install end cap for our classic round balusters and deck railings. It's the same robust aluminum die-cast end cap design unique to DEKOR®, but we’ve simplified the installation by using a QuickDrive self-tapping screw.
The corrosion resistant screw is designed to be used with wood, composite deck material, and even metal. Just mark the center location of the end cap and drive the fastener home using a drill motor with a Phillips drive tip. It's simple, quick and incredibly strong due to the die-cast design and industrial grade fastener.
Illuminations. For customers that have ordered one of our patented lighted baluster products, simply mark the existing pass through wire location at the same time you mark the center mounting hole, and drill a ¼” hole to accommodate the wire, that’s it. Please note: you have to remove the Plug-N-Play connector in order for the wire to pass through the end cap hole and splice the connector back in place to complete the connection.
DEKOR® round baluster end caps are protected our industry leading powder coating finish applied over an Alodine corrosion resistant primer. All finishing is done at our USA facility to DEKOR’s high-quality standards.
