Soffit Light Forstner Bit – 0.500” Hole

Our custom 0.500” Forstner bit is specifically designed to make installing our Soffit Spotlights, Soffit Flood Lights, and Mini Recessed Stair Lights a breeze. Made from strong forged steel, this custom bit allows any homeowner to install perfectly flush soffit lighting in minutes. Use the Custom Soffit Forstner Bit for both indoor and outdoor soffit lighting kits.

This custom ground bit gives a snug fit for our smaller form-factor lights and is durable enough to produce up to 300 holes in yellow pine lumber. Bear in mind that other materials, such as composites, Ipe, and Mahogany, will cause the bit to degrade faster. We always recommend having extra bits on hand for large projects, or for those with tougher materials.
