Each baluster Double Casey Collar Deck Baluster is handcrafted and welded to exacting specifications for straightness, fit, and look. We weld each Casey Collar a full 360°, which is then hidden by a tube sleeve hiding the weld. We then stress test each baluster before applying an industry leading powder coat thickness of 4-7 mils using one of our great colors.

We offer these balusters in both a single and double Casey Collar configuration, giving you a tremendous amount of design flexibility in your project. The balusters come in standard lengths of 26”, 27” and finally 32”. Remember we are the manufacturer so custom lengths are no problem to make.
